When should you host your webinars?

When you host your webinars, are you worried about how long you are presenting?

There really is no real time to present your webinars. Webinars can be held at any time of the day, during the week or on the weekend. Whatever time you plan to present, you will have an audience of some kind. You should run the webinar when you can do it and it is a convenient time for you.

If you have a busy schedule during the week and have other commitments, then the only time you can hold a webinar is on the weekend, then that’s the time when you should. If you can, you should hold a webinar during the week and see what kind of results you will get and whether or not you get more sales. You should also experiment with time. Try doing something different when you are conducting a webinar, relative to the time of day it is presented.

However, you should never be superstitious when presenting. Just listening to a person tell you when to hold their live webinar, it doesn’t make any sense. The reason for this is that if everyone listens to that person, everyone will hold a webinar that day. If that happens, you may lose viewers, because everyone else has gone.

Also experiment with different times and dates, and see what your subscribers will be able to see in the video presentation. You may find on your list that a certain number of people can only attend on Thursday afternoons. See what the list suggests and go with that as a guide as well.

When you host webinars, you are the business owner. So you must show up during the hours you will be working.

Once you know the time and date you plan to present, try to be consistent. If you have subscribers who can only see you on a particular day, present that day. Since this is the list you plan to apply to. Sometimes you will also have to work around your schedule.
