When you sign up for a subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree that (A) Brown Bag Jerky (or our third-party payment processor) is authorized to charge you on a monthly basis for your subscription (plus any applicable taxes and other charges), AND THAT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL CONTINUE UNTIL CANCELLED OR WE SUSPEND OR STOP PROVIDING ACCESS TO THE SITES AND SERVICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS.
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password. You are also responsible for any loss, damages, liability, expenses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) that you or a third party incur as a result of someone else using your account credentials, whether with or without your knowledge.

We know that jerky is hard to come by and that is why we are dedicated to bringing you only the best jerky available. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will be glad to help resolve your issue.
