Atama – This brand is the oldest and has been around longer than any other brand, even Koral. So if you are looking for stability in a company that has been around the longest, this brand would be the way to go. However, many people don’t like this brand anymore because they still make their Bjj Gis out of two pieces of fabric instead of one.

Submission Fight Co. – This brand is the perfect brand if you are looking to get the best return on your investment. They have high quality Jiu Jitsu Gear at really low prices. In fact, they are priced lower than any other major Gi manufacturer. So if you’re looking to have some extra cash in your pocket this time around, getting a Shipping Gi would be the way to go.

Shoyoroll – This brand hasn’t been around for long, but they do have the prettiest Gis. If you are looking for the most attractive Bjj Gear and you don’t care about money and you are rich, then go for this brand. There, Gis are hard to come by as they are only sold as limited editions.

Vulkan: I almost did not want to put this brand, but I did it for its popularity. Perhaps they are more popular than a Gameness. There Gear is pretty decent but a bit expensive too. Koral – Last but not least, I also had to add this brand. They are seconds after Atama for being the oldest Jiu Jitsu Gi brand that exists. They have really sturdy Bjj kimonos, but they haven’t changed their designs much or anything. They haven’t caught up with modern styles. However, they have really solid Jiu Jitsu Kimonos. I think this brand has the best sponsors for Bjj too, so if that’s what you’re looking for, here’s the way to go.
