• Paper: Standard letter size (8.5×11) 28lb white paper is used to print these envelopes. It is up to the customer to decide if both sides should be left printable or one side of the sheet should have a block.

• Space: If a standard letter size paper (8.5×11) is used for Instant Pack printing, it should be understood that the available print space is 7.5×10.5 inches. This is because a certain amount of space must be reserved on the paper so that each piece of mail will be torn off at the edges when the customer reads it.

• Template: The content template should be designed to fit in the available print space and the content does not break at the edges. During instant pack printing, one should realize that it is possible to print information on both sides of the paper and if any graphics are to be printed, they should be at least 300 dpi.

• Folding Options – The last stage of instant pack printing is how the printed paper is folded, perforated and glued along the edges. There are three folding options, namely C-fold, Z-fold and half-fold.
