Make sure you don’t grip too hard and be very careful not to jelq while fully erect. If you get a 100% erection while jelqing, take a breather and continue when you’re back to 75%.

Extension – Stretching is very simple. Grab slightly below the glans (head of the penis) and pull outward for 30 seconds. Pull hard enough that there is tension and a good stretch of the ligaments, but remember that you are not trying to pull the penis out. After 30 seconds, release the stretch, shake your penis to restore circulation, and then stretch to the right. Stretch out, to the right, to the left, up, and down. It is called the 5-way stretch accordingly.

kegel exercises – Kegel exercises are not exactly for enlarging the penis, but they will help you a lot in the process. To learn how to do a kegel the next time you go to urinate, stop midstream. The muscle you used to do this is the PC (some say BC) muscle. It is part of the family of muscles called the pelvic floor, which also includes the sphincter. Now that you’ve figured out how to do a kegel, you can do it anytime you want. In the car, at the desk, in the meeting. They can be a bit difficult at first, but once the muscle kicks in, it won’t be long before you can do 100 Kegels at will.

Now that you know the different “exercises”, so what type of routine should be used? Start with this and do it every other day (3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

Heat for 5 minutes. Do this with a washcloth soaked in warm/hot water (be careful not to burn yourself) and wrap it around your flaccid penis.

Start with 2 sets of stretches. This means 10 total stretches because you are doing 2 sets of 5 ways (2×5=10)

Then move on to 200 jelqs. Do it in sets of 50. If you start to get too hard or too soft, take a breather or jerk off to 75% respectively.

You can now warm up with a warm cloth similar to the warming pad or in the shower (my preferred method). Be sure to massage the penis, do some light stretching, and pounding it a bit to keep the fresh blood flowing.

Kegel exercises can be performed at any time of the day. Start by doing 100 1-second Kegels and work your way up to 50 per week. You can also add 2, 5, and 20 second Kegels if you want.

That’s the complete routine! After 2-3 weeks you can start doing the routine 5 days a week and increase the number of jelqs to 500. Adding 25 every 2 weeks seems good. Although if you’re winning with 200, there’s no reason to add more.
